These terms are written for businesses. They do not take away any right you have by law.

A preview is a design of a homepage for your firm, made from your own details or from public information about the business. It is free and you are under no obligation.

A preview is shared on a private link, marked as a preview and hidden from search engines. It is not published as your website unless you agree a quote.

Photos, logos or text taken from your current website are only used in the preview. They are not published without your permission.

Before any build you receive a written quote with the price in GBP, what is included, the timeline and how payment is split. Work starts when you accept it in writing.

Nothing is payable before you accept a quote. Published prices are starting prices; your quote is the price you pay. The Starter launch price is for the first 10 clients.

Each package includes the domain in your name and hosting for the first 12 months. After that, hosting is part of the Care plan, or we move the site to a host you choose at no charge.

You provide or approve the words, photos and details on your site, and confirm you have the right to use anything you send.

You see and approve the pages before launch. Starter includes 2 rounds of changes and Business 3; your quote confirms the number. Timelines start once you have approved the preview and sent your notes, logo and photos.

Once the site is paid for, you own the site, the domain and the words. There is no lock that keeps the site on our account. If you leave, we hand over the files and the domain.

Care plans and the chat assistant are monthly. There is no minimum term: you can pause or cancel any month by email, and the service stops at the end of the month already paid.

The chat assistant includes 1,000 conversations a month (fair use, more on request). It answers only from the notes you approve and does not send anything to a customer on its own.

We do not promise a Google ranking, a number of enquiries or a level of sales. We build the site so search engines can read it properly; results depend on many things outside our control.
