Nexora Digital is a trading name of Celestin Buchna. Celestin Buchna is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@nexora-designs.com, or by post to ul. Karpia 22, 61-619 Poznań, Poland. Nexora Digital is not a limited company and has no data protection officer; Celestin Buchna handles every request personally.

Enquiries and preview requests. When you use the contact form, the website chat or email, we keep what you send (for example your email, name, business name, website, sector, town and message) so we can reply, make the preview you asked for and send a quote. Lawful basis: steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Clients. If you hire us, we keep the contact, project and payment records needed to deliver the work and to meet tax and accounting rules. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.

Businesses we write to. We research firms that may want a website using public sources: Companies House and pages the business has published itself. We may write to a general business email address of a company, and we may make a private preview from that public information. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business. Every email names Nexora Digital and includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not buy or sell lists.

The website chat. Questions typed into the chat in the corner are sent to our AI provider to write the answer. We do not keep a typed question unless you go on to leave your details or a message. Please do not type card details, passwords or health information into the chat.

We use a small number of providers who process data on our instructions:

• xAI (United States): writes the chat answers and the text of previews.
• Supabase (servers in the European Union): stores enquiries and project records.
• Cloudflare and the hosting provider of this website: deliver the site and route incoming email.
• Our email provider: sends and receives email for hello@nexora-designs.com.
• Stripe (if you pay by card): processes payments. We never see your full card number.

Celestin Buchna works from Poland, in the European Union, which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection. Where data goes to the United States, we rely on the provider's UK transfer safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

• Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months after the last message.
• Research notes on businesses we wrote to and who did not reply: up to 12 months.
• Client and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Unsubscribe requests: kept on a do-not-contact list for as long as needed so we never write again.
• Previews: deleted on request, and otherwise when the related enquiry record is deleted.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. You can object to marketing emails at any time, and we will stop: use the unsubscribe page or reply to any email. Write to hello@nexora-designs.com; we answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
